RENTAL DURATION
The minimum rental period is 3 days. A full day fee is charged for delays exceeding a total of 3 hours.
INCLUDED / NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES
Prices include unlimited mileage, vehicle maintenance costs, insurance, and 20% VAT.
Fuel, tolls (bridges and highways via HGS), traffic fines, and extra requests such as baby seats or navigation devices are not included in the price.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
For long-term rentals, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special rates apply. For detailed information about pricing and rental conditions, you can call the ASR CAR RENTAL Reservation Center at +90 352 225 14 89 or contact your nearest ASR CAR RENTAL office.
ONE-WAY RENTALS
If the vehicle is returned in a different city from where it was picked up, a One-Way Fee applies regardless of the rental duration. Please contact our Reservation Center or the nearest ASR CAR RENTAL office for details on one-way fees.
VEHICLE PICK-UP & RETURN
At our offices located in International Airports, which operate 24/7, vehicles can be picked up or returned at any hour free of charge. At other offices, vehicle delivery and return are free during working hours. Outside of working hours (excluding International Airports), pick-up and drop-off services are also free of charge.
AIRPORT SERVICE FEE
No Airport Service Fee is charged for rentals made from ASR CAR RENTAL offices located in International Airports operating 24/7.
DRIVER’S LICENSE & AGE REQUIREMENTS
Individuals who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years may rent a car. For luxury vehicles, the minimum age requirement is 25.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Vehicles may only be driven by persons other than the renter if they meet the age and license requirements and their valid ID and driver’s license are registered in the rental contract. If an unregistered driver is involved in an accident, all insurance becomes void.
PAYMENT
Rental fees can be paid in advance or with any valid credit card.
ASR CAR RENTAL reserves the right to change the vehicle types listed in the tariff and the prices and conditions without prior notice.
TRAFFIC FINES
According to Turkish traffic laws, speed limits are 120 km/h on highways, 100 km/h on intercity roads, and 50 km/h in urban areas. Please observe NO PARKING signs when parking. The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and legal consequences arising from non-compliance with traffic laws or renter’s negligence. Any traffic fines received by ASR CAR RENTAL after the vehicle is returned will be charged to the renter, either in cash or via credit card (mail order). If a vehicle is held by official or local authorities for any reason, the time lost will be considered part of the rental period.
